Middleweights Krzysztof Jotko, Roman Kopylov to Clash at UFC St. Petersburg on April 20

Krzysztof Jotko will welcome Roman Kopylov to the Octagon at UFC Fight Night in St. Petersburg, Russia, on April 20.

The promotion recently confirmed the middleweight matchup to ESPN. UFC Fight Night 149 takes place at the Yubileyny Sports Complex and is headlined by a heavyweight showdown between Alexander Volkov and Alistair Overeem. The card will stream on ESPN+.

Jotko, 29, will look to halt a three-bout skid after falling to Brad Tavares, Uriah Hall and David Branch in his last three Octagon appearances. The Polish fighter began his Octagon tenure with six victories in his first seven appearances before his current slump.

The 27-year-old Kopylov is unbeaten in eight professional MMA appearances. The Russian prospect last competed under the Fight Nights Global banner in December, when he defended his middleweight crown with a fourth-round knockout of Yasubey Enomoto. He has finished seven of his eight triumphs by knockout or technical knockout.
