Bellator 228 kicked off with an impressive finish. James Barnes met David Duran in catchweight action at 133 pounds. Both men tested the waters in the first round with a lengthy feeling-out process.
However, in the second round, Barnes got the fight to the ground with a takedown, before taking full mount and eventually locking in the rear-naked choke.
