If this truly is the end, there’s no question that Olivier Aubin-Mercier left his mark on the Professional Fighters League before saying farewell.

“The Canadian Gangster” outpointed Clay Collard to capture his second consecutive lightweight title at the PFL Championships at Friday at the Anthem in Washington, D.C. Aubin-Mercier, who has won 10 straight fights in the league since leaving the UFC, reiterated his desire to take some time off in the wake of his latest triumph. Whether his hiatus ends up being permanent remains to be seen, but for now, the Canadian standout holds on to the No. 13 spot in the divisional rankings.

Elsewhere, Larissa Pacheco continued her dominance in a new division, taking a five-round verdict against Marina Mokhnatkina to capture the PFL crown at 145 pounds. One year removed from her memorable upset of Kayla Harrison, Pacheco has won 10 straight contests to establish herself as one of the PFL’s top talents. She’s also one of the best in a shallow featherweight division, which makes her worthy of the No. 2 spot in the lastest divisional poll.

Meanwhile, Derek Brunson enjoyed a successful PFL debut against an overweight Ray Cooper III, winning a unanimous decision in a showcase bout on Friday’s card. While Brunson has expressed interest in a move to light heavyweight in the future, this victory allows him to keep his spot in the middleweight rankings at No. 14. Finally, Magomed Magomedkerimov won his second PFL championship at 170 pounds with a third-round submission of last year’s champion, Sadibou Sy. The Dagestani standout has been victorious in 19 of his last 20 professional outings, a run of success that is worthy of recognition. As a result, Magomedkerimov enters the 170-pound rankings at No. 13.
