Tiffany Teo-Jingnan Xiong to Crown First 125-Pound Women's Ace at One ‘Kings of Courage’
One Championship’s first card of 2018 has a title fight and an eliminator, as well.
Monday, the Singapore-based MMA outfit announced that its forthcoming “Kings of Courage” card will see the inaugural One 125-pound women’s champion crowned when undefeated Tiffany Teo meets Chinese striker Jingnan Xiong. In the co-headliner, 135-pounders Muhammad Imran and Stefer Rahardian square off, with the winner promised a shot at One’s “flyweight” champion Adriano Moraes.

Singapore’s Teo has put together an impressive unbeaten record in her 22-month pro MMA career. On Nov. 24, the 28-year-old “No Chill” armbarred India’s Puja Tomar in the first round, moving to 7-0 as a professional and 4-0 in the One cage.
Xiong, 29, has recently started training at Phuket Top Team in Thailand. Prior to her Dec. 9 One Championship debut, a first-round punishing of April Osenio, “The Panda” had spent her entire fighting career under the Kunlun Fight banner.
Pakistan's Imran hasn't fought for 12 months, when he lost a decision to Jeremy Miado. Rahardian debuted for One by winning a one-night, four-man tournament in August 2016 and since, the undefeated Indonesian has upped his pro mark to 6-0. On Sept. 16, he choked out Sim Bunsrun in 67 seconds at One's “Total Victory.”
