One FC Signs Unbeaten Indonesian Fransino Tirta, Debut to Be Announced
Undefeated Indonesian talent Fransino
Tirta has signed an exclusive deal with the
One Fighting Championship.
One FC officials announced the 32-year-old’s signing late Wednesday, though a date for Tirta’s debut was not revealed.
“I’m glad that we have come to an agreement, and I can focus on
training for my next fight,” Tirta said in the release. “I cannot
wait to fight under the ONE FC banner and show the true quality of
Indonesian MMA to the world.”
Tirta began his career in 2003 and rattled off 11 straight wins in the Indonesia-based TPI Fighting Championship before drawing with Dai Shuang Hai under China’s Art of War banner. Since that 2007 result, Tirta has won three straight bouts, last competing in July 2011 for the Legend Fighting Championship.
One FC will hold its next event on March 14, when “War of Nations” takes place at Stadium Negara in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. One FC 14 is headlined by a welterweight title conflict between Brock Larson and Nobutatsu Suzuki and streams live at onefc.livesport.tv.
