After earning a UFC deal on Dana White’s Contender Series last August, Jacoby has gone 2-0-1 during his second go-round within the Las Vegas-based promotion. Most recently, the Glory Kickboxing veteran battled Ion Cutelaba at a split draw at UFC on ESPN 23 on May 1. Jacoby went 0-2 during a previous UFC stint from 2011 to 2012.
A native of Ukraine, the 26-year-old Mozharov will enter his Octagon debut with a 21-8 career mark. “No Mercy” is currently on a three-bout winning streak, with each of those triumphs coming via first-round KO/TKO under the Kratos Cup banner. He has finished 19 of his 21 wins inside the distance.
