Bellator Talent A.J. Agazarm to Face Ashley Williams for Polaris Lightweight Title on April 4
Bellator MMA prospect A.J. Agazarm will return to his grappling roots when he locks horns with Ashley Williams for the Polaris lightweight title on April 4.

A former Division I wrestler who earned his black belt under Carlos Gracie Jr. and Eduardo de Lima, Agazarm is a former IBJJF no-gi world champion and an ADCC silver medalist. He transitioned to MMA in 2019 and has won three straight bouts in Bellator after losing his promotional debut. Agazarm is known for training alongside Nick Diaz and Nate Diaz.
In addition to the lightweight championship, Williams holds titles at bantamweight and welterweight with Polaris. The Welsh-born grappler is a black belt under Chris Rees and Braulio Estima and has won multiple championships on the no-gi circuit.
