One Fighting Championship Announces ‘Roar of Tigers’ for Oct. 17

One Fighting Championship has announced that its 21st event will take place on Oct. 17 from Stadium Putra in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

One FC officials have yet to announce any bouts for the card, which is entitled “Roar of Tigers.”

The Singapore-based organization’s expansion in Asia has been vast since staging its first event in 2011. Just last month the Victor Cui-led promotion announced plans to stage 10 events throughout mainland China in 2015.

Next up for the largest MMA promotion in Asia is August’s One FC 19 “Reign of Champions” pay-per-view, which features a welterweight title fight pitting Nobutatsu Suzuki against Ben Askren and a lightweight championship bout between Shinya Aoki and Kamal Shalourus.
