The promotion announced Monday that Frausto will headline the event against an as-yet-to-be-named opponent, while Sandoval will also compete on the card against a currently unknown foe in his Combate Americas debut.

The event takes place at Stockton Arena and airs on DAZN in the U.S. and Canada at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m CT. The card also will be available in Spanish on television in the U.S. via Univision (12 a.m. ET/PT) and UDN (12 a.m. ET/9 p.m. PT). Two main card featherweight bouts were also announced Monday: Erick Sanchez vs. Alex Velasco and Darwin Mendez vs. Jose Aguayo. Meanwhile, Eduardo Perez will face Giovanni Sarran in a preliminary heavyweight contest.

“We are bringing Combate Americas’ style of Mucha Más Acción to the city of Stockton for the first time ever with some of our sport’s baddest men and women, beginning with Zoila Frausto, who exemplifies the essence of a world-class fighter and proud Latina,” Combate Americas CEO Campbell McLaren said in a release.

Frausto, 35, enters the event on a two-fight winning streak after stopping Jamiee Nievara via first-round technical knockout in her promotional debut on Feb. 22. A veteran of the Strikeforce, Bellator and Invicta FC promotions, “The Warrior Princess” owns notable triumphs over the likes of Jessica Penne, Jessica Aguilar, Megumi Fujii and Rosi Sexton over the course of her professional tenure.

Anchored at Team Alpha Male, Sandoval is coming off a 2-2 stint with the UFC. During that tenure, “Kid Alex” earned wins against Matt Schnell and Fredy Serrano while falling to Dustin Ortiz and Wilson Reis. The 32-year-old owns a 14-4 career mark.
