Polish bantamweight Damian Stasiak looked magnificent as he took out Croatian Filip Pejic with a textbook rear-naked choke in the opening round.
The two fought almost primarily on the ground, but Stasiak was aggressive and quickly dominated his foe. Once Stasiak seized Filip’s back, he flattened him out and sunk in the choke, forcing the tap. The official time was 2:16.
