UFC Raleigh Update: 5 Bouts Added Including Justine Kish-Lucie Pudilova
Fresh off the announcement of the Ultimate Fighting Championship heading to Raleigh, North Carolina, for the first time, the promotion is rapidly filling out the card.
The organization announced on Wednesday that several matchups would be added to UFC Raleigh. The event will be held at the PNC Arena on Jan. 25, where it will air on ESPN+. It will be headlined by a pivotal heavyweight clash between Curtis Blaydes and Junior dos Santos, while Frankie Edgar will drop down to bantamweight for the first time in the co-main attraction against top contender Cory Sandhagen.

At middleweight, Bevon Lewis (6-2) faces Alen Amedovski (8-2), and much like the bout between Kish and Pudilova, these two are both on losing streaks. Both men have dropped their last two, and they were undefeated at 6-0 and 8-0 respectively before losing their Octagon debuts and sophomore efforts.
Light heavyweight Jamahal Hill (6-0) will be making his promotional debut after winning a contract on Dana White's Contender Series against Darko Stosic (13-3), with the latter having lost his last two on the scorecards. A pair of bantamweights with sole losses by decision each will square off as Montel Jackson (8-1) takes on Felipe Dias Colares (9-1). Finally, former M-1 Global featherweight champ Nate Landwehr (13-2) will make his first appearance against fellow debutant Herbert Burns (9-2) at 145 pounds, with Burns also scoring a contract on the Contender Series in August.
