A proposed middleweight clash between Kyle Daukaus and Roman Dolidze at UFC Fight Night 197 has been scrapped.

Daukaus was supposed to face Kevin Holland and Dolidze was slated to face Eryk Anders before they were paired up after their original opponents fell off the UFC Fight Night 197 card.
Daukaus had a submission win against Holland overturned at UFC Fight Night 193 on Oct. 2 when it was determined the fight was altered due to an accidental clash of heads. The Martinez BJJ representative has just one victory in four Octagon appearances — a decision win against Dustin Stoltzfus at UFC 255.
Dolidze has kicked off his promotional tenure with victories in three of his first four Octagon appearances. Most recently, the 33-year-old Georgian outpointed Laureano Staropoli at UFC Fight Night 189 on June 5.
