Ramos made his way into the Legacy Fighting Championship cage in 2015. After going 2-0 for the promotion, the Brazilian suffered his first pro loss when he was submitted by Manny Vazquez at Legacy FC 51 last February. However, Ramos bounced back with the rear-naked choke win over Khashakyan and now finds himself gearing up for his UFC debut.
Tanaka has gone 2-2 inside the Octagon. The Japanese submission ace is coming off a loss to Rani Yahya at UFC Fight Night 95 in September.
UFC Fight Night 104 goes down on March 4 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. Headlining the event will be a featherweight scrap between Dennis Bermudez and Chan Sung Jung while Alexa Grasso versus Felice Herrig will serve as the co-feature.
