Ultimate Fighting Championship and Pride Fighting Championships mainstay Antonio Rogerio Nogueira isn't quite ready to hang up the gloves yet.

According to a report from Combate on Wednesday, Nogueira (23-9) will be competing against Trevor Smith (15-9) at light heavyweight at UFC Fight Night 163. The event will take place on Nov. 16 at the Ibirapuera Gymnasium in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and the entire event is slated to air on ESPN+.

"Minotouro" has been on a tumultuous ride since joining the UFC in 2009, posting a .500 record with six victories opposite six defeats. He has alternated knockout wins and losses in his last four, dispatching Patrick Cummins and Sam Alvey while on the losing end against Ryan Bader and Ryan Spann. In the first 19 fights of his career, and 26 of his first 27, he fought outside of his native home of Brazil. With this bout, he will make his sixth consecutive appearance in front of home country fans.

Smith is on a bit of a skid, dropping decisions to Elias Theodorou and Zak Cummings in 2018. A longtime middleweight, this will be Smith's first trip to 205 pounds since he went down to the division in the midst of his Strikeforce tenure in 2012. "Hot Sauce" has gone the distance in each of his last six bouts, and all five of his UFC victories have come on the scorecards. In fact, the last time Smith finished a fight was during that middleweight debut, where he tapped out Alexandre Moreno with a guillotine choke.
