Daley will be looking to extend his winning streak to two after beating Erick Silva on the scorecards at Bellator 223. Before that, he dropped consecutive decisions to Michael Page and Jon Fitch, with the former ejecting him from the welterweight grand prix. As a Bellator MMA fighter, "Semtex" has gone 7-4 with the promotion. The well-traveled veteran has previously competed inside organizations like the Ultimate Fighting Championship and Strikeforce in his 60-fight career.
Homasi is on a two-fight winning streak, and most recently he starched Micah Terrill in 17 seconds at Bellator 225 in August. This far from his first stint with the California-based promotion, he appeared as early as Bellator 21 in 2010. Along the way, he has also made stops in Strikeforce and the UFC, going 0-3 in the latter. After finishing Terrill, Homasi called out fellow Bellator 225 competitor Austin Vanderford, but instead has received a much larger step up in competition in Daley.
Bellator 232 will be headlined by a welterweight title fight between Rory MacDonald vs. Douglas Lima, which will also conclude the welterweight grand prix.
