Melissa Gatto will replace the injured Jessica Rose-Clark and face Talita Bernardo at UFC 237.

Promotion officials announced the change to the bantamweight bout on Monday. UFC 237 takes place at Jeunesse Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on May 10 and is headlined by a strawweight championship clash between Rose Namajunas and Jessica Andrade. The main card airs on pay-per-view via ESPN+ following prelims on ESPN and ESPN+.

The 22-year-old Gatto will enter her Octagon debut with a 6-0-2 record. The Sao Paulo native has finished four of her triumphs by submission while competing exclusively on the Brazilian regional circuit.

After losing her first two Octagon appearances, Bernardo garnered her first promotional triumph by taking a decision over Sarah Moras at UFC Fight Night 138.
