Monday, KSW announced that the 40-year-old Pudzianowski will take on fellow former Polish strongman Tyberiusz Kowalczyk at May 27's “Colosseum” event, which takes place at the home of the Poland's national soccer team, Warsaw's PGE Narodowy Stadium, which has an approximate seating capacity of 58,415. The promotion has yet to announce an official capacity for its first stadium event.

Kowalczyk-Pudzianowski will serve as the co-main event of “Colosseum,” while the 181-pound catch-weight bout between KSW middleweight champion Mamed Khalidov and welterweight champion Borys Mankowski.

Pudzianowski rebounded from a pair of losses to Peter Graham and Marcin Rozalski in December, knocking out notorious rapper-stroke-fighter “Popek Monster” Pawel Mikolajuw in just 80 seconds at KSW 37.

The 255-pound Kowalczyk sports a 3-0 MMA mark and picked up two wins in 2016, punching out Akop Szostak in 43 seconds last March, then choking out 330-pound Tomasz Czerwinski in just over two minutes in October.

KSW “Colosseum” also features four championship bouts: Fernando Rodrigues Jr. defends the heavyweight title against Marcin Rozalski; 205-pound titlist Tomasz Narkun takes on Marcin Wojcik; featherweight champ Marcin Wrzosek risks his strap versus Kleber Koike Erbst and hot flyweight up-and-comers Diana Belbita and Ariane Lipski square off for the vacant KSW women's flyweight title.
