Mansour Barnaoui, Mateusz Gamrot to Vie for Vacant Lightweight Title at KSW 35
M-1 Global 155-pound champion Mansour Barnaoui will face Mateusz Gamrot for the vacant Konfrontacja Sztuk Walki lightweight title at KSW 35, the Polish promotion recently announced.

Barnaoui came up short in his bid to become a two-division champion in M-1, as he dropped a five-round verdict to reigning featherweight kingpin Ivan Buchinger at M-1 Challenge 62 this past October. The 23-year-old known as “The Afro-Samurai had won four straight prior to that defeat, including triumphs over ex-UFC talents Curt Warburton and Colin Fletcher.
Gamrot, 25, is unbeaten in 10 professional outings, including six appearances under the KSW banner. The Poznan, Poland native last competed at KSW 32, where he scored a second-round technical knockout of Marif Piraev.
