Legacy 50 Weigh-in Results: ‘Cyborg’, Young on Point

Legacy Fighting Championship 50 takes place Friday night at the Arena Theatre in Houston, and the headlining bout between Evangelista “Cyborg” Santos and Artenas Young is expected to be an entertaining one. AXS TV will televise the main card, with live coverage beginning at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT.

Both combatants for the welterweight featured attraction made weight rather easily, as did the rest of the featured participant on the marquee, giving Legacy FC 50 the green light.

Young climbed onto the official and nailed the welter limit; he weighed 168.8 pounds. His adversary was a bit heavier, though “Cyborg” was right on the money, coming in at 170 pounds.

Jared Chaffee and Ray Blodget were both spot on for their lightweight encounter. Chaffee clocked in at 155.4 pounds while his foe came in at 155.9.
