Invicta FC Phoenix Series 2 Weigh-in Results: One Heavy

Invicta Fighting Championships is set for its second Phoenix Series tournament, this time at the flyweight division.

The four quarterfinal matchups were decided by random draw during the weigh-ins, and each tournament participant found out their opponent at the ceremony. First up, Russia's Milana Dudieva (125.9) will take on Daiana Torquato (125.4). In the next match, Liz Tracy (125.7) scraps with DeAnna Bennett (125.8). Victoria Leonardo (126), meanwhile will lock horns with Miranda Maverick (125.9), and the final quarterfinal bout will be between Shanna Young (126) and Maiju Suotama (123.6).

Invicta FC: Phoenix Series 2 airs live on UFC Fight Pass on Friday, Sept. 6 at 8 p.m. ET, and takes place at the Memorial Hall in Kansas City, Kansas. In addition to the four quarterfinals, two alternate flyweight contests will also go down in Kay Hansen (125.5) vs. Carolina Jimenez (124.5) and Chantel Coates (129)* against Flore Hani (124.7). Serving as the co-main event between the semifinals and finals will be a non-tournament flyweight tilt, pitting Alexa Conners (125.8) against Mariya Agapova (125.7).

One fighter missed weight: Coates (129)*, who came in three pounds above the flyweight limit. She has been fined 25 percent of her purse, and as she is competing as an alternate, if victorious, she will be ineligible to serve as an injury replacement if any main participant is forced to withdraw.
