Originally the top billing, Emily Ducote (114.5) and Montserrat Ruiz (113.3) were set to square off for the vacant strawweight title. The promotion announced shortly after the weigh-ins that the match has been scratched due to “enhanced COVID-19 safety protocols.”

One fighter did miss weight: Brittney Cloudy (137.3)*, who came in 1.3 pounds above the bantamweight limit against Hope Chase, and she has been fined 25 percent of her purse. In order to keep the new main event intact in case something else went awry, Kaitlin Young weighed in as an alternate at 145.9 pounds.
