Bellator 162 Weigh-in Results: Alexander Shlemenko, Kendall Grove on Point

Bellator MMA will invade the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tenn., Friday night and filling out the top slot of the marquee will be a pair of veterans looking to stay afloat in title contention. Former Bellator middleweight champion Alexander Shlemenko will take on Ultimate Fighting Championship veteran Kendall Grove and at Thursday’s weigh-ins, both men were on point, giving their battle the green light.

The towering Hawaiian was the second of the two featured fighters to tip the scale and Grove was right on the money. “Da Spyder” clocked in officially at 185.6 pounds. Not to be outdone, Shlemenko came in at 185.9.

Bellator 162 will be televised live on Spike beginning at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT. The preliminary card will be streamed live online.
