Anthony Pettis Says UFC Offered Conor McGregor Before Nate Diaz

Although McGregor would have been a big fight, Pettis would rather fight Diaz as the two don’t like each other.
“Diaz, 100 percent. I just don’t like the guy,” he said. “That’s just how it is, I am not that dude, but this is just one guy I do not like,” he said. “I am going straight to work, I can’t wait to hurt this guy. This is personal fight for me, I am going to work right away. No weight cut, simply training for a fight.”
Pettis is coming off of a knockout win over Stephen Thompson at UFC Nashville. Diaz, on the other hand, hasn’t fought since UFC 202, where he lost to McGregor by majority decision.
