ESPN was first to report the news. Pico and Lee were supposed to meet at Bellator 257 in April, but the bout was postponed on account of Pico having medical issues. Bellator 260 takes place at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn., on June 11 and is headlined by a welterweight championship clash between Douglas Lima and Yaroslav Amosov. Additionally, MMAFighting.com initially confirmed that a matchup between Kyle Crutchmer and Levan Chokheli has been added to the Bellator 260 bill.

Pico is currently on a three-bout winning streak within the California-based promotion after earning successive finishes of John de Jesus, Chris Hatley Jr. and Daniel Carey. The 24-year-old Jackson-Wink MMA representative is 7-3 as a professional since beginning his career in June 2017.

A native of Birmingham, England, Lee is coming off back-to-back finishes of Damian Frankiewicz and Jeremy Petley under the Bellator banner. The former Cage Warriors competitor is 9-4 as a professional overall.
