On this edition of "Beatdown" TJ De Santis and Jeff Sherwood spoke with UFC 148 competitors Chad Mendes and Cung Le

Mendes joined "Beatdown? to talk about his upcoming bout Cody McKenzie. The Team Alpha Male product talked about coming off his loss in his last fight with the featherweight champion Jose Aldo. Mendes breaks down McKenzie's guillotine, and talks about their training sessions together in the past. "Money" also shares his desire to finish this fight and show the world a new Chad Mendes.

Former Strikeforce middleweight champion Cung Le also joined the program and talked about his UFC 148 contest. Le chats about his latest roles in major motion pictures, his loss to Wanderlei Silva, and his upcoming bout with Patrick Cote. The Vietnamese fighter broke down why he is fighting in Vegas this week as opposed to his hometown of San jose next week. Le also chats about his future in mixed martial arts.
