‘THE HITMAN’ SET TO MAKE HIS PROFESSIONAL DEBUT ON JUNE 21

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Deep down, Jimmy White always knew he was a fighter. He always loved playing contact sports, especially football, where he excelled in high school.

Fast forward a few years after high school to four years ago, White got a call from Chan Wasion (now V3Fights’ matchmaker) and was asked if he would like to fight Clyde McDaniel, who was Whites’ former teammate on his high school football team. McDaniel was always bigger, faster, and stronger, so of course, White took the fight. Eight days later, White and McDaniel were locked in the cage together and White came out victorious.

Now, on June 21, 2014 at the Cannon Center in downtown Memphis, TN, White (Team Havoc MMA) will be making his professional debut against Mississippi’s, Jae Medders. White has fought for V3Fights before in their amateur series where he was one of their more popular fighters. He has won several ‘Fight of the Night’ awards and it just makes sense for him to make his professional debut with the organization.

“I’m really excited. I can’t believe I’m finally going to be a pro fighter. I have always loved contact sports and I love that I finally get to show everything that I’m about. I had to hold back on some things as an amateur because some of the moves were illegal. Not anymore. I feel stronger than ever. I will not be stopped and I’m on top of my game. I have never seen Jae fight, but I heard he fights with heart. Everyone that knows me knows that I am the same way. I know this will be ‘Fight of the Night.’ I will put everything on the line and will not stop bringing everything to the table. I see this fight going to the third round and then I’m going to KO him. I am a man of prayer. I will not be knocked down any lower than my knees!”
