ROCKTAGON MMA PRESENTS “ROCKTAGON MMA XXII

(PRESS RELEASE) -- New York, NY (December 6, 2012) This weekend GFL and Comcast continue their weekly combat sports series with world class MMA, as Rocktagon MMA presents Rocktagon MMA XXII – Pull No Punches featuring 12 hotly contested matchups inside the cage anchored by a main event with the vacant Rocktagon MMA Lightweight Championship on the line. Undefeated Nick Foxhuber (4-0) squares off against rising star Daniel Coffman (4-1) for the title. This is a rematch of a fierce bout where Foxhuber defeated Coffman via decision earlier this year. Foxhuber gave Coffman his only loss so revenge will be on Coffman’s mind as this time the stakes are raised to the highest level as championship gold is there for the winner. The first fight was a razor close decision and this fight is sure to pick up right where these two gladiators left off to the joy of MMA fans everywhere.

In the co-main event, Matt Comer (3-0) battles Mike Garcher (4-3-1) in a matchup of light heavyweight contenders. Comer ran track for The Ohio State University so his cardio conditioning and natural athleticism is off the charts. Garcher is a rugged brawler who is compact and likes to bang it out on his feet with anyone. When these two square off in the cage there is going to be a collision of epic proportions.

Air times will be on Saturday, December 8th at 7:30pm EST in several TCN coverage areas including; Pittsburgh and northern New Jersey and parts of New York and at 8pm in Philadelphia, DC, Maryland and Virginia with replays starting Tuesday, December 11th at 9pm on all TCN coverage areas. CSN Philly will air the event on Sunday, December 9th at 8pm and replay on Tuesday, December 11th at 11pm.
