(PRESS RELEASE) -- Donofrio MMA, Michigan's Premier MMA Promoters Return With Another Heart-Stopping Evening of Full-Contact Cage Fighting.

Judgment Day has finally come for Michigan's best professional MMA warriors as Donofrio MMA in association with The Palace of Auburn Hills and the Impact Fight League proudly present "Armageddon" a night of world-class professional mixed martial arts at the Palace of Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills, Michigan, on Saturday, October 22, 2011.

Known for their elaborate productions and thrilling match-ups, Donofrio is coming back with no less than 16 big fights including four female fights and four exciting title fights.

In the night's five-round main event, Frederic, Michigan, submission specialist Eric Madill (20-4) will lock up with Hazel Park's determined Ryan King (9-4-2) for the vacant Impact Fight League 205-lb. Light Heavyweight Championship and in the five-round co-feature, popular battler Pat Hook (12-1) of Saginaw will defends his Impact Fight League 125-lb.Flyweight Championship against Grand Rapids' Joe Vincent (14-15).

Other five-round title fights scheduled include a battle for the Impact Fight League 170-lb. Welterweight Championship between Tom Grishman (11-7) of Belleville and Zack Burns (9-1) of Grayling, and an Impact Fight League Female 125-lb. Flyweight Tile bout between Chandra Engel (6-5) of Grand Rapids and Yolanda Gonzalez (2-1) of Lansing.

"We called this show Armageddon because it'll be judgment day for a lot of the fighters on this amazing card," said Joseph Donofrio of Donofrio MMA. "The fans in Michigan are going to find out once and for all who are the best of the best in a state that is packed with unbelievable talent.
