It looks as though Vitor Belfort has regained his confidence following his May knockout loss at the hands of Chris Weidman.
Belfort, who faces Dan Henderson on Nov. 7 in the main event of UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo, recently addressed a statement wherein Henderson claimed that he would beat Belfort in their third bout by breaking the mind of “The Phenom.”

Belfort also answered a question about his leaving the Blackzilians camp to create his own team, OTB.
“Every time I look back and conclude that I didn’t improve, it means that I lost a huge amount of time,” said Belfort. “Today, I’m really grateful to OTB, to Joana [Prado] and the business partners that created this company which offers all this amazing structure for training. I’m really happy to train with great partners at such a high level. Here, I’m just a soldier who says ‘yes, sir.’”
Belfort has yet to publicly address a September article from Deadspin.com which indicated that UFC officials knew Belfort was fighting Jon Jones with elevated testosterone levels in 2012. On Monday, Belfort withdrew from a scheduled appearance on “The MMA Hour” after his management requested that host Ariel Helwani “not ask certain” questions.
