Vanessa Demopoulos vs. Emily Ducote Slated for UFC Fight Night Event on May 18

Vanessa Demopoulos (10-5) is set to make her seventh Octagon walk against Emily Ducote (13-8) at a UFC Fight Night Event scheduled to go down on May 18 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.

The strawweight bout was first reported by MMAjunkie.com. Other matchups for the Fight Night card are yet to be announced.

Demopoulos will enter the bout on the heels of a unanimous decision victory against Kanako Murata in October. The Factory X product has gone 4-1 in her last five Ultimate Fighting Championship outings, only losing a unanimous decision loss to Karolina Kowalkiewicz in a catchweight meeting at UFC Fight Night 223.

. Meanwhile, Emily Ducote will look to kick off her first promotional winning streak after recently earning a unanimous decision victory over Ashley Yoder in their UFC Fight Night 230clash.
