Update: Wooley-Harris Planned, Not Set for Bellator 47

It appears a proposed Bellator 47 bantamweight scrap between Adrian Wooley and David Harris is not yet a certainty.

Contrary to initial information provided by a source close to the Wooley camp, there are still several obstacles preventing the bout from being made official. An additional source close to the fight informed Sherdog.com on Saturday that Wooley has yet to sign and submit his bout agreement.

The source also revealed that Harris’ travel plans are not yet set in stone, as he is still in the process of acquiring the proper paperwork to hop across the border and fight in Bellator Fighting Championships’ inaugural Canadian event.

Bellator 47 goes down July 23 from Casino Rama in Rama, Ontario. The event is expected to feature a featherweight title scrap between champion Joe Warren and Season 4 tournament winner Patricio Freire, as well as the Bellator Summer Series featherweight semifinals, as Ronnie Mann meets Pat Curran and Nazareno Malegarie faces Marlon Sandro.
