UPDATED UFC on ABC 5 Weigh-in Results: Main Event Set; 2 Fighters Miss Weight

The weigh-ins for the Ultimate Fighting Championship's return to Jacksonville were anything but smooth.

The 14-fight UFC on ABC 5 card is headlined by Josh Emmett vs. Ilia Topuria. Both featherweights successfully made weight for the five-round contest. However, the same could not be said for the entirety of the undercard.

Loik Radzhabov came in at 157.25 pounds, or 1.25 pounds over the lightweight limit, and has been fined 20% of his purse, which will go to opponent Mateusz Rebecki (155.5). Additionally, Kleydson Rodrigues checked in three pounds overweight for his flyweight pairing against Tatsuro Taira (126), and per ESPN Deportes, the fight has been canceled. Finally, Jamall Emmers initially clocked in one pound over for his featherweight fight against Jack Jenkins (145.5), but he returned having chopped off his hair to hit the 146-pound cap.

Emmett (18-3) is looking to bounce back after coming up short against Yair Rodriguez in an interim title fight. The American was submitted in the second round after a triangle choke was applied. Prior to the defeat, Emmett had won five straight, including a split-decision win over Calvin Kattar. The 38-year-old stepped on the scale at 145.5 pounds without issue.

This marks the largest fight in the career of the undefeated Topuria (13-0). "El Matador" has been perfect inside the Octagon, having won five fights inside the UFC. Most recently, the Spanish fighter by way of Georgia submitted Bryce Mitchell with an arm-triangle choke. Topuria looked in great shape and officially weighed 146 on the dot.

UFC on ABC 5 main card will air live on ABC and ESPN+ at 3 p.m. ET/noon PT on Saturday. Prelims are live on ESPN and ESPN+ starting at 11:30 a.m. ET/8:30 a.m. PT.
