UFC Fight Night Weigh-in Results: Benson Henderson, Brandon Thatch Hit Marks

Benson Henderson has waded into foreign waters, on short notice no less.

The former Ultimate Fighting Championship lightweight titleholder tipped the scales at 169 pounds ahead of his five-round scrap with Brandon Thatch (170) in the UFC Fight Night “Henderson vs. Thatch” main event on Saturday at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colo. Featherweight co-headliners Max Holloway (145.25) and Cole Miller (145) also met their mandated weight requirements without incident at Friday’s official weigh-in.

A featherweight bout between Nik Lentz and late replacement Levan Makashvili was canceled shortly before weigh-ins due to Lentz coming down with the flu.

UFC Fight Night “Henderson vs. Thatch” -- which airs live on Fox Sports 1 at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT -- will also feature a welterweight clash between “The Ultimate Fighter” Season 16 semifinalist Neil Magny (170.5) with Kiichi Kunimoto (170), a middleweight tilt pitting four-time Olympic judoka Daniel Kelly (185.5) against Patrick Walsh (191.5), a lightweight battle matching Xtreme Couture’s Kevin Lee (155.25) with Michel Richard Cunha dos Prazeres (156) and a flyweight duel pairing once-beaten prospect Ray Borg (125.75) with Chris Kelades (126).

Two hours prior, Fox Sports 1 will shine its spotlight on three preliminary matches: Efrain Escudero (156) vs. Rodrigo Goiana de Lima (154.5), Jim Alers (145) vs. Chas Skelly (145.75) and Zach Makovsky (125.5) vs. Tim Elliott (125). The lone remaining undercard bout will stream to UFC Fight Pass at 7:30 p.m. ET/4:30 p.m. PT, as Black House export James Moontasri (158) takes on Cody Pfister (156).
