Lyman Good vs. Andrew Craig

Round 1

Craig throws a double jab to start and Good fires back with both hands to ward him off. Good takes a flat stance in the center of the Octagon and shoots jabs and low kicks as Craig circles around him, reaching with punches and standing elbows. Good loads up on powerful hooks when Craig gets in close and throws multiple strikes, but neither man is landing clean at this point. The welterweight land simultaneous jabs. Craig throws a left high kick that is easily blocked, then Good tags him with another jab moments later. Craig throws two lunging hooks and “Cyborg” tags him with an overhand right on the counter. Craig attacks in the same manner moments later and eats a left hook. Good ups his aggression in the final 30 seconds, launching hooks and a head kick that makes solid contact. The former Bellator champ keeps pressing, landing a pair of hooks then a hard knee to the body before the horn.

Round 2

Three quick jabs for Good and two of them land clean. Craig tries to show his jab and Good crushes his front leg with a low kick. Craig shoots a right hand, Good dodges and rings him up with a right cross and another low kick. Craig lands a good quick right, but Good tags him right back. At the halfway mark of the round, Craig runs Good into the cage and lands a knee to the body, but the New Yorker walks his way off the fence. Craig holds the clinch and tries to land knees, but Good decks him with a right hand, knocking him off balance and to the canvas. Craig works his way back to his feet quickly, but Good keeps stalking him. Craig tries to back “Cyborg” away from him and throws another right elbow. Good sees it coming a mile away, crushing Craig with a quick right hook that puts him on the mat again, this time with more gravity. Good is all over his target, moving into partial mount and smashing away until referee Jason Herzog is forced to rescue the crumbled Craig.

Kevin Casey vs. Ildemar Alcantara

Round 1

Casey fires his jab out to start the middleweight contest, moving Alcantara back to the fence, but he can't keep him there. He jabs his way back in close and tries to toss Alcantara to the mat, but winds up pulling his opponent into full mount. Alcantara hammers down some elbows, but Casey is able to sweep to top position where he gets busy with ground-and-pound of his own. Alcantara ties up Casey to keep him from punching effectively, but when “Marajo” tries to scramble to his feet, Casey takes his back and sinks his hooks in, landing right hooks to the ear. “King” looks for the rear-naked choke, but can't get it, so he moves to full mount and punches away until the round ends.

Round 2

Casey presses forward and lands a glancing right hook. Casey ducks under an Alcantara punch and looks for a takedown but the Brazilian is able to break free. A slow pace on the feet here, as neither fighter is committing to much. They briefly tie up and Alcantara lands a knee before they separate again. Alcantara lands a jab then backs away. Alcatara with a left hook-right hand combo. The Brazilian is landing more effectively, but the pace remains methodical at best. Alcantara steps in with a knee then moves out of danger as Casey fires back. Alcantara continues to utilize the hook-straight combo. Casey shows signs of life late, as he hurts Alcantara with a right hand, then follows up with a left that allows him to drive his foe to the canvas. With time winding down, Casey lands a few short punches from above.

Round 3

Casey continues working behind his southpaw jab and throwing inside leg kicks behind it, slowly stalking Alcantara. Casey feints, then jabs but “Marajo” times him with a glancing knee. Alcantara winds up and Casey tags him with a wild right hand. Three minutes left to fight and Alcantara starts to come forward for a moment as Casey takes a breather, circling the outside. Casey steps in with another long right and backs Alcantara up. Alcantara looks for another stepping knee and gets a partial taste of Casey's left hook. A weak kneetap attempt by Casey is turned away by Alcantara. Casey touches Alcantara with a right hook to the body, then a left. With the fight closing down, Casey shoots in and puts his man on the mat again.

Igor Araujo vs. Sean Strickland

Round 1

Araujo throws teeps from the center of the Octagon, pushing away the long-jabbing Strickland. Strickland slips in a quick right-left-right and moves away, but Araujo follows and lands an outside kick. Araujo throws another lazy kick as Strickland jabs and the American catches it, putting Araujo on the mat. Araujo tries to scramble to his feet and exposes his back, allowing Strickland to wail on him with his right hand. Araujo pins Strickland's left hand and gets back to his feet, but he's now on the fence. Strickland lands a left elbow and a flurry of hooks that have Araujo covering up. The Brazilian eats an uppercut and tries to shoot, but Strickland flips him onto his back with ease. Araujo tries to scoot up the fence from guard, but Strickland pins him down and rifles him with more right hands. Araujo gets back to his feet under fire and lands two right hands, but Strickland cracks him right back.

Round 2

Araujo charges at Strickland aggressively, throwing leg kicks with his hands down. Araujo tosses out an awkward jab, then makes contact with a left head kick. He tries to shoot behind it, but Strickland sprawls easily. They clinch back to the fence and Strickland lands a hard knee and they separate. Strickland takes center cage again, casually sticking out his jab and now, throwing leg kicks of his own. Clean right cross lands for the American, but Araujo backs away. Araujo throws another sloppy low kick and Strickland catches it and plops him on the mat. Strickland briefly looms over the Brazilian before settling into guard and land right hands. With 60 seconds to go, Strickland stands back up in guard, stacking Araujo and landing more punishment. Araujo kicks him away, but can't get to his feet as Strickland dives back into his guard with another hard right and more hammerfists.

Round 3

Strickland looks for the takedown early now, running Araujo back into the fence and sucking his legs out. Strickland pounds briefly before Araujo scoots back up the fence, which the American welcomes. Araujo tries to press now and eats a clean right cross. Araujo launches a right hand and a right head kick right behind it, both of which sail wide. Strickland tags him with an inside low kick, then another right cross. Araujo whips an overhand right at the air, then pushes Strickland back with a front kick. Strickland touches his target with another straight right with 60 seconds to go. Araujo, mouth open and bleeding, kicks Strickland's ribs, but the American is unfazed. Araujo wings more wild overhand rights in the last 10 seconds, but Strickland circles away with ease.

Rani Yahya vs. Masanori Kanehara

Round 1

Yahya comes out pretending like he wants to strike, throwing a low kick, two awkward jabs then a laughable flying knee before shooting low and putting Kanehara on the mat. Kanehara scoots to the fence and slowly tries to wallwalk as Yahya traps his left arm and tries to step into full mount. Yahya stays clung to Kanehara's waist with his arm trapped inside, trying to turn him off of the fence, but the Japanese fighter's defense is rugged. Kanehara finally gets to his feet with Yahya clinging to him, turns and faces at the halfway mark of the round. Yahya fires another one-two, ducks under and shoots again. Kanehara sprawls and hammerfists Yahya's head, but the Brazilian grapevines his leg and sucks him to the mat again. Kanehara gets up again but Yahya gets the rear waistlock and pulls Kanehara to the mat, trying to get back control, but Kanehara turns over into his guard and stands up. They get back to the feet and the Japanese fighter tries to apply some striking pressure, but it just forces Yahya to shoot again. Kanehara sprawls out and briefly looks at an inverted triangle from the top as Yahya fights to stretch his legs out. Kanehara lands short elbows to Yahya as he lays on top until the round ends.

Round 2

Kanehara walks Yahya down and digs into his ribs with a right hook, then a body kick when Yahya tries to reponds. Yahya throws a lame Superman punch, which seems to embolden Kanehara, who keeps marching forward looking to strike. He winds up an uppercut that misses its mark, giving Yahya a chance to shoot. Yahya gets stuffed, but he jumps a guillotine choke. It's not tight and Kanehara extricates himself, then gets to pounding away on Yahya. Yahya manges to tie Kanehara up long enough for Jason Herzog to stand them up and stop the pounding. They restart on the feet and Yahya lands a low kick to the cup, prompting a brief pause in the action. On the restart, Kanehara leans an uppercut, then a clean left hook that prompts another Yahya shot. Kanehara looks for a guillotine then abandons it before the horn.

Round 3

Kanehara stalks Yahya back to the fence with body kicks, but Yahya responds with a series of his own, all of which are blocked. Kanehara looks to launch a salvo, but Yahya cuts him off with a low kick. Kanehara is undeterred, marching forward with punches and sprawling on another Yahya takedown. Kanehara cracks Yahya with a beautiful left to the liver that makes Yahya shoot again, but he's belly down in a heartbeat with Kanehara sprawling on him, boxing his ears and swinging for his chin. Kanehara grapevine's Yahya's left arm and tries to roll into a back crucifix, but winds up on his seat against the cage, Yahya clinging to his legs. Kanehara casually sits there, elbowing the exhausted Yahya's head until Jason Herzog resets them on the feet. Kanehara lands a left and though it doesn't land hard, Yahya is out of gas and nearly trips over. Yahya shoots again, nearly getting Kanehara down, but the former Sengoku champion gets to his feet and stands, hammerfisting down at Yahya while the Brazilian feebly clings to his ankle. Yahya works up to Kanehara's thigh, so Kanehara sprawls out, punching under Yahya's body to locate his chin. Jason Herzog is not particularly inspired by proceedings, so he stands the pair up with 20 seconds left. Yahya wants no part of the standing action, moving away from Kanehara until throwing three punches at the air in the bout's dying seconds.

Jessica Andrade vs. Sarah Moras

Round 1

Andrade comes out boxing from a low crouch, but as soon as Moras commits to punches, Andrade shoots. Moras stuffs her and shoves away before shooting her own single-leg takedown on the next engagement. Andrade stuffs Moras, stands her up to the clinch, then launches her with a hip throw, but can't stay on top. Andrade barrels in, but eats two clean right crosses from Moras. The Canadian presses her luck, looking for a takedown, but Andrade shrugs her off, tossing her to her back. Andrade coming in winging again and eats another right hand. This time, rather than looking for a takedown, Moras pulls guard and starts climbing her legs up. Andrade shakes a triangle attempt, but Moras overhooks her arm, then looks for an armbar. Andrade escapes and lets Moras take her feet again. Andrade approaches, Moras shoots and pulls guard again, but Andrade won't have it this time, landing punches on top then telling “Cheesecake” to stand up. Moras tries to pull guard again, but Andrade starts smashing her with punches and right elbows, passing into side control with a minute to o in the round. Andrade tries to stand up and back away, but Moraes ties her leg up, tethering her to the ground. Andrade obliges, hammering Moras further until standing up with 15 seconds left. Andrade throws a flying knee that doesn't connect, but Moras awkwardkly falls to her back again.

Round 2

Moras swings freely at Andrade, prompting the Brazilian to open up with punches of their own. Moras can't get a decent look at a takedown, but Andrade sends her sailing with another hip throw. Andrade moves back into side control, punishing Moras with punches and elbows while the Canadian tries to recapture half guard. Andrade keeps smashing away until Moras gets full guard back. Andrade stands up to allow Moras to stand, but the Canadian flops to the mat so fast that they're back on the ground in a heartbeat, Andrade moving to half guard with more punches and elbows, adding left hands to Moras' ribs. Andrade pressures to pass out of a loose half guard, but sits up and smashes Moras with hard punches, then looks to pass to the other side. When “Cheesecake” replaces full guard, Andrade passes straight back to the other side and explodes with another torrent of right hands. Moras squirms and Andrade moves to north-south before re-establishing side control and pummeling Moras.

Round 3

The minute Moras approaches Andrade, the Brazilian punches at her and the Canadian falls to her back, hoping to pull guard, but to no avail. Andrade ducks her head down in a punching exchange, so Moras grabs a hold and jumps to her back again. No surprise here as Andrade is into side control with ease. Moras rolls into a takedown and tries to get to her feet, but Andrade forces her down to the canvas again along the fence, pounding the Canadian's face until she's wearing the proverbial crimson mask. On the feet, Andrade lands four punches, then pushes through a lame Moras takedown attempt to take top position. Andrade pounds briefly, then lets Moras stand again with 90 seconds left. Andrade lands a hard body kick and Moras tries to catch it, but whiffs, rolling to the canvas in obvious discomfort from the kick, but Andrade makes her stand again. They trade more winging hooks and Moras gets run into the fence, where Andrade tries a headlock throw. She botches it, givin Moras her back with both hooks and 30 seconds to fight. Andrade stands, piggybacking Moras who squeezes her right forearm over Andrade's chin. Moras slowly sinks her choking arm until Andrade's chin, but Andrade knows time is ticking down. The Brazilian grits out the choke and is saved by the final horn.

Sam Sicilia vs. Yaotzin Meza

Round 1

Sicilia takes the center of the cage and fires a low kick, touching Meza's lead leg. Meza circles and responds with a kick of his own. Sicilia winds up on a massive right uppercut, whiffing big time and initiating a clinch where he throws Meza to the mat. Sicilia moves to half guard and works a headlock on top, but Meza replaces guard. Meza controls Sicilia's head and nearly scrambles up, but the Washingtonian plants him back on the mat, fighting to get beyond half guard. Meza replaces full guard again so Sicilia pressures to pass. This time, the Arizonian exposes his back while scrambling up and Sicilia nearly takes it. Instead, the TUF 15 alum settles on top again. Meza works a headlock to get back to his feet, but Sicilia locks up one of his own, forcing him to the mat and looking for a brabo choke. Meza escapes and locks Sicilia's leg down in half guard. Meza gets full guard back again and we end there.

Round 2

It's a tepid opening minute to the second round, with Sicilia marching at Meza and missing hooks. Meza keeps slinging leg kicks to no avail, but lands a clean body kick behind a jab. Sicilia steps into the pocket, Meza grabs double underhooks and tries to trip him but Sicilia no-sells it and stands him up in the clinch, then disengages. Meza throws a jab-low kick again, but Sicilia catches the kick and cracks him with a right. Another weak Meza takedown attempt allows Sicilia to squat on it and force him to his back at the halfmark of the round and the fight. The ground battle plays out as it did before, with Meza scrambling up as Sicilia attempts to pass and getting back to his feet. A Meza takedown from way outside goes nowhere fast, then he walks into a hard right hook from Sicilia while looking for another. A low kick registers for Meza, then he goes upstairs, putting his heel over Sicilia's head. Sicilia swings a wide left hook that leaves him off-balance, giving Meza an easy takedown into half guard to ride out the round.

Round 3

Sicilia bobs and weaves to set up a right hook on Meza, prompting another shot from the Arizonan. Sicilia threatens with another guillotine, but settles for top position, working the headlock from half guard. Meza gets his head free and tries to roll forward, but Sicilia grabs his head again and neutralizes him. Meza fights back to his feet, but puts himself neck-deep in another guillotine attempt, which Sicilia uses to ragdoll him right back to the mat. Three minutes left in the bout and Sicilia has Meza up against the fence, knuckling him with left hands. Meza's attempts to get back to his feet are all met with Sicilia's headlock until he rolls into a takedown. Sicilia sprawls on it, then they separate with 90 seconds left in the round. Meza is the striking aggressor, so Sicilia shoots in to take the bout make to the mat. Meza sinks a deep guillotine and pulls guard, but Sicilia pulls his head out. He can't escape entirely, as Meza tries to take his back in the scramble and nearly goes over his shoulder for an armbar. Sicilia shakes him loose then almost takes a back crucifix for himself as the fight ends.

Alan Jouban vs. Matt Dwyer

Round 1

Jouban carefully inches toward the spindly Dwyer before cracking him with an outside low kick and a right hook. Dwyer fires back with gusto and though he doesn't land, he backs Jouban off. Jouban keeps stalking Dwyer, then leaps in with a right hook that he has to throw upward to reach Dwyer. Dwyer lands a quick right cross on the lunging Jouban, knocking him off balance. Dwyer tries to lock up a guillotine, but when he jumps guard, Jouban pops his head out and takes top position. Just as Jouban starts moving, Dwyer kicks him away with powerful butterfly hooks and stands up. The pair clinch up with Jouban leaning on Dwyer, landin knees to the body. Dwyer tries to grab the collar tie, but Jouban dings him with two hooks. Right body kick lands for Dwyer, who continues circling and using his reach. Jouban lands a left kick to the body, but Dwyer lands a right simultaneously to it. Jouban opens up with hooks, cracking Dwyer and knocking him off-balance to the mat. As Dwyer tries to stand, Jouban drills him with a knee while he's still downed, prompting a pause from referee Herb Dean and an immediate point deduction from Jouban. On the restart, Jouban walks his man back to the fence and scrapes him with another pair of hooks.

Round 2

Jouban keeps feinting and kicking to reach the rangy Dwyer, but when he gets to striking range and fires his hands, Dwyer slaps him with an overhand left. The southpaw Jouban keeps pressing, landing a clean left cross. Dwyer begins moving forward now, and Jouban lines him up with a left kick to the body. They both throw kicks a moment later and Dwyer brushes Jouban's cup, but the Californian shrugs it off. Jouban hits the advancing Dwyer with a right hook, but walks into a left from the Canadian a moment later. Jouban shoots another left cross, Dwyer ducks and shoots but is rebuffed. Jouban gets to the clinch and fights for underhooks but can't get the takedown. Dwyer closes in on Jouban but eats another left cross, dropping Dwyer on the mat. He recovers in a hurry under Jouban's punches, getting back to his feet and firing back. Major two-way action now. Jouban with another left hand that rocks Dwyer's head back, damaging his already-bloody right eye. Dwyer fires a head kick back and Jouban rips him with a left. With time ticking down in the round, the pair duke it out like savages on the fence. Jouban throws a wild head kick, a borderline capoeira banana kick, and clobbers Dwyer, nearly knocking him down at the horn.

Round 3

Jouban remains the aggressor after finishing the second round hot, but Dwyer looks to have his wits back. Jouban is feinting and kicking, trying to line Dwyer up for the big left cross. He misses with a large once, but keeps Dwyer on the fence, stopping his circling motion with a right hook. Jouban retreats now, but fires the left cross when Dwyer approaches. The Canadian takes a deep breath, putting his hands on his hips before continuing to stalk Jouban. Jouban claims the center of the cage again and moves Dwyer back to the fence, pawing Dwyer's lead hand and trying to free up the left cross. Two minutes left to go in the fight and Dwyer connects with a one-two. Left hook for Jouban scores and he tries to rip into Dwyer, but thinks better of it when the Canadian fires back. Jouban changes levels and puts Dwyer on the mat with just over a minute to fight. Dwyer looks for a kimura from the bottom while Jouban pounds his ribs from half guard. With 15 seconds left, Jouban comes to life again, hammering Dwyer with punches so recklessly that Dwyer gets back to his feet. Jouban tries another banana kick to the head, but doesn't land as clean as the end of the second. At the fight's conclusion, Dwyer's Toshida MMA trainers run in to hold the exhausted Canadian on his feet.

Kevin Lee vs. James Moontasri

Round 1

Lee walks Moontasri back to the fence then unfurls a hard overhand right, crashing into Moontasri's guard. Moontasri kicks to keep Lee away, but Lee keeps stalking Moontasri back to the fence, trying to unload with punches. Moontasri tries to push Lee away, but winds up poking him straight in the eye. “Big” John McCarthy halts the contest to allow Lee to recover and upon the bout's resumption, “The Motown Phenom” comes out angry. Lee bulls his way to the clinch, gets a waistlock and takes Moontasri right off of his feet, slamming him to the mat. Lee hops on his back and quickly sets about sinking the rear-naked choke. Without much fidgetting, he sinks the choke and Moontasri is finito.

Scott Jorgensen vs. Manny Gamburyan

Round 1

A quick hook from Gamburyan rocks Jorgensen in the first real exchange. Jorgensen tries to shoot, but Gamburyan locks up a tight guillotine. Jorgensen kicks his legs and rolls backward, putting Gamburyan on top for a moment. Gamburyan can't hold it. Jorgensen gets to his feet and lands a stiff elbow, but “The Anvil” reshoots as Jorgensen tries to escape and puts him on the mat. Gamburyan gets no significant ground-and-pound in before Jorgensen regains his feet, but Gamburyan is glued to him in the clinch. They exchange knees in close and Jorgensen dings Gamburyan with a knee to the cup, prompting referee Herb Dean to call time. Gamburyan only needs a minute and Dean restarts them with over-unders in close. Gamburyan drops for a single, then moves to a double, clasping his hands and slamming “Young Guns.” Gamburyan quickly jumps on Jorgensen's back, but Jorgensen shakes him and gets back to his feet. Jorgensen tries to open fire, but eats a wild hook from Gamburyan that drops him to his seat. The Armenian fires away with ground-and-pound but Jorgensen turtles and fights back to his feet. Jorgensen presses Gamburyan, who sticks out a jab and swings right hooks to back him up. Gamburyan sneaks a body kick under Jorgensen's ribs, then misses a right overhand haymaker before the buzzer.

Round 2

Jorgensen glances with a jumping pair of hooks when Gamburyan kicks low. Gamburyan presses on and fires another low kick that knicks Jorgensen on the cup, making it even at a groin shot apiece. Herb Dean calls time, Jorgensen takes 30 seconds and we're back to the fight. Jorgensen lands a right hand and Gamburyan tags him with a right in response before dropping for a single. Jorgensen limp-legs to freedom and circles out, sprawling on a Gamburyan takedown, then shooting one of his own. Gamburyan goes for another guillotine, but Jorgensen escapes and grabs a front headlock of his own. Gamburyan gets back to his feet and takes a knee to the head in close, but gets Jorgensen off of him with a right hand. Gamburyan glances with another overhand right, then misses short with a lead elbow. Gamburyan shoots again, switching to a single with Jorgensen balancing on the fence. Gamburyan briefly sucks his legs out, but Jorgensen gets up and shoots a takedown of his own. Gamburyan sprawls and tries to take Jorgensen's back. “Young Guns” resists, so Gamburyan drills him with a knee to the sternum before the round ends.

Round 3

Jorgensen pressures his target with leg kicks, but Gamburyan circles around before loading up on two powerful right low kicks of his own. Jorgensen steps into the pocket, only to eat a Gamburyan jab and low kick. Jorgensen lands a right cross, then a right hook moments later. Gamburyan has slowed and “Young Guns” dials him up moments later with another overhand right. Gamburyan shoots and is stuffed, but pops up with a right cross that tags the former Boise State Bronco. Jorgensen more aggressive with two minutes to go, landing a pair of hooks. Gamburyan stalks him in retaliation, landing another hard low kick. Overhand right for Jorgensen lands, and he crams a jab in Gamburyan's face right after. “The Anvil” lands a reaching right hand, then shoots with 45 seconds to go. Jorgensen defends, but Gamburyan slides off of his legs and fires left hands inside. Jorgensen gets off of the fence and tags Gamburyan with two good right hands in a flurry before the final horn.

Holly Holm vs. Marion Reneau

Round 1

Holm stalks Reneau back to the fence quickly, as both women create distance with push kicks. Reneau circles off the fence, but Holm inches her right back to the far side of the cage as Reneau throws a punch rush to back off of it. Holm throws a double jab, then pushes Reneau back with a side thrust kick to the gut. Reneau steps in as “The Preacher's Daughter” throws a left body kick, abating its impact. Holm continues to assert herself in the center of the cage, jabbing and kicking Reneau back to the fringes of the cage. With under a minute to go in the round, Reneau lands a right cross, but Holm returns with a variety of kicks, including a Brazilian kick that just grazes over Reneau's eye and makes her wince. Holm senses a bit of blood, so she steps inside to attack, but Reneau wards her off with the push kick again.

Round 2

Both bantamweights continues throwing a variety of distance-probing kicks, until Holm throws a harder roundhouse kick upstairs. Reneau throws one of her own, which is blocked, and Holm throws another, which is also defended. A jab opens up a hard low kick on the follow for Holm, but Reneau kicks her right back to the body. Jab-left body kick lands for Holm, who isn't dominating by any stretch, but continues landing the cleaner kicks in essentially a kicking contest. Three-piece combo and a head kick from Holm are all easily blocked by Reneau. Another side thrust kick from Holm pushes Reneau back. “The Preacher's Daughter” lands two more left kicks to the body while trying to trap Reneau on the fence, then two more side thrust kicks to the stomach, but the Californian circles off the cage. Reneau throws a body kick which Holm catches, so Reneau jumps guard while Holm stands, allowing the former boxing world champion to carry her around the cage before depositing her on the mat and kicking her legs until the round ends.

Round 3

Reneau shows more aggression to start the final frame, but Holm is quick to throw low kicks and oblique kicks to back her up. Holm has a side kick attempt caught, but Reneau misses her on the follow-up punches and Holm escapes. They clash kicks and Holm lands a clean right in close, dropping Reneau to the mat. She's not seriously hurt and hops back to her feet with half of third round left. Quick left hook from the southpaw Holm, then a right ouside low kick. Holm looks for a Superman punch, but Reneau kicks her away before she takes flight. A hook kick from Holm flicks by Reneau's face. Holm lands a left hand behind two other punches, prompting Reneau's flying guard pass again. Once more, Holm slams her to the mat, then stands in Ali-Inoki position, kicking Reneau's legs until referee Jason Herzog tells Reneau to take her feet with 45 seconds to go. Left cross lands for Holm, but she misses the right hook behind it. At the 10-second clapper, Holm rushes forward with a massive, video game-style explosion of punches and head kicks, rocking Reneau with two left hands that send her rushing away as the bout expires.

Tony Ferguson vs. Josh Thomson

Round 1

As Thomson switches stances, Ferguson lances him with a hard teep to the gut, but Thomson rips him right back with a kick to the ribs. Ferguson assumes the center of the Octagon and offers a variety of looks and stances as he slides his lead foot at Thomson, looking to strike. Instead of jabbing, Ferguson kicks low, Thomson catches his foot and trips him up. “El Cucuy” jumps right back to his feet, launching Thomson back to the cage with two hard body kicks of his own. Thomson lands a right, then circles off the cage, but Ferguson is right back in his face, cracking his left leg with an inside low kick when he turns orthodox. Clean right hand from Ferguson snaps Thomson's head back. Left body kick-right low kick from Ferguson trips up “The Punk,” who comes back with two stern right hands. Ferguson walks Thomson right back to the other side of the cage then back again, attacking the lead leg with outside low kicks. Thomson lands a nice right hand, then almost trips Ferguson up with a punch-foot sweep combo. Flying front kick from Feruson is blocked, but he lands two good outside low kicks to each side. Ferguson launches a flying knee with just over a minute left in the round, but Thomson catches him and tackles him to the mat. Ferguson throws up an inverted triangle for a moment, but Thomson gets loose and settles in his guard. As Thomson tripods up, Ferguson tries to hip escape, but Thomson stays on top, pushing into his guard with punches.

Round 2

Another push kick from Ferguson starts the second stanza. Ferguson keeps pressuring Thomson back to the fence as “The Punk” tries to ward him off with push kicks. Ferguson steps in with a harsh right elbow that sends Thomson tumbling to his seat with “El Cucuy” in hot pursuit. Ferguson swarms with punches, but Thomson gets a hold of his leg and uses it to halt the punishment for a moment. Ferguson gets his leg free and traps Thomson's far arm, delivering elbows in tight while trying to pass guard. However, in his zeal, referee Herb Dean catches him grabbing the cage, pauses the bout and lets Thomson stand. On the restart, Ferguson is all over him, so Thomson just fires punches back, both guys glancing. They separate and continue the fire fight, as Thomson is content to swing back at Ferguson now. Ferguson kicks to the body, Thomson catches it and cracks him with a right hand. Massive left hook by Ferguson misses, then Thomson throws a spinning back fist so hard he nearly falls. Ferguson tries to capitalize, but winds up on his back in a scramble, with Thomson on top. Thomson is cut open, bleeding onto Ferguson's chest as “El Cucuy” throws up a triangle attempt and locks it on. Thomson stands up and frees himself, settling back into Ferguson's guard, where the former TUF winner locks on a kimura and sweeps a shellshocked Thomson, taking side control on top. Tony Ferguson is simply in the zone right now. Thomson scrambles to his knees and turtles, but Ferguson pounds him up until there's five seconds left. Thomson gets to his feet and throws another wild salvo in hopes of tagging Ferguson, but can't make hard contact.

Round 3

Ferguson moving well to start the final round, shifting stances as he nears Thomson and launching flying knee. Thomson partially catches it and puts hands on Ferguson, but Ferguson jabs his way out. Thomson keeps trying to swarm, but eats a body kick and a left cross as he barges in. Thomson tries to handfight with Ferguson, so Ferguson chops him with a stepping right elbow, getting the blood streaming down Thomson's face again. Thomson anxiously changes stances back and forth and Ferguson drills him with a stepping knee. Thomson takes a deep breath as Ferguson slides his feet, circling inside of him, looking to pounce. Hard outside low kick from Ferguson and a right hook on the other side lands. Thomson jabs him back, but Ferguson smiles then whips a left body kick into Thomson's ribs. Thomson fires a low kick and eats a one-two for his efforts. Two minutes to go in the fight and “El Cucuy” leisurely stalks the bloodied Thomson, changing from southpaw to orthodox and back as he looks for punches. Ferguson throws another body kick and Thomson tackles him off of it, nearly leading to Ferguson getting a brabo choke in the scramble. Thomson stands and separates, but Ferguson is still the aggressor despite the time winding down. Ferguson fires off the fence with a mini-Superman punch a la Anthony Pettis and clinches, almost throwing Thomson in close. Thomson gets a rear waistlock and lobs a knee at Ferguson as the final horn sounds.

Frank Mir vs. Todd Duffee

Round 1

Mir comes out southpaw and touches Duffee with a left cross on the counter as Duffee opens up. Mir sneaks another left in, then a knee and another left hand. Him and Duffee are winging wild hooks at each other, both heavyweight putting big left hands on each other. Duffee lands another left, but Mir cracks him with another left hook and a knee to punctuate it. Eyebrow-raising opening minute from the two heavyweights who are just playing Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots out there. Duffee leaps at the former UFC heavyweight champion with two flailing right hooks, his hands nowhere near his chin. Mir sees him coming, slips the first right, then cranks Duffee square on the chin with a tight left hook. Duffee is unconscious on contact, his massive body crumbling face first onto the mat. Brutal one-punch knockout by Frank Mir in just 73 seconds.
