That main card followed the NFC divisional playoff game between the Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints and likely benefitted from advertising on the network. UFC Fight Night 124 surpassed last year’s offering on the same weekend, as a UFC Fight Night 103 bill headlined by Yair Rodriguez vs. B.J. Penn drew 1.090 million viewers to FS1.

UFC Fight Night 124 took place at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis and saw Jeremy Stephens stop Doo Ho Choi via technical knockout in the second round. In the co-main event, Jessica-Rose Clark outpointed Paige VanZant at strawweight. The main card drew a 0.48 share in the 18-to-49 demographic.

Meanwhile, the preliminary card, which also aired on FS1, attracted 1.079 million viewers to the network. The featured prelim saw James Krause take a decision over Alex White at lightweight. That portion of the event drew a 0.14 share in the 18-to-49 demographic.
