After dominating Albert Tumenov in the first with several takedowns and then losing the second when the Russian kept the fight standing, Leon Edwards took his time before finishing “Einstein” via submission. At the halfway point of the pivotal third round, “Rocky” took his foe down, seized his back and then sunk in a textbook rear-naked choke. Tumenov couldn’t free himself from the grip and had to tap out; the official time of the sub came at 3:01.
