Middleweight Tim Kennedy and women’s bantamweight Cat Zingano received the most severe medical suspensions of UFC 178’s main card competitors.

Both fighters could be looking at six months on the sidelines unless doctors clear them to compete sooner. The Nevada Athletic Commission on Monday released its list of medical suspensions from the event, which took place Saturday at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Kennedy, who suffered a third-round knockout at the hands of Yoel Romero, must have a left orbital fracture cleared by an ophthalmologist or plastic surgeon. Otherwise, the 35-year-old Jackson-Wink MMA fighter will remain suspended until March 27, 2015.

Zingano must have her upper back cleared by a doctor, or else she will also be out until March. UFC President Dana White announced after the event that the company plans to match Zingano with champion Ronda Rousey for UFC 182, which takes place Jan. 3 in Las Vegas.
