The Nevada Athletic Commission on Tuesday released a list of medical suspensions from the card, which took place at the Palms Casino and Resort in Las Vegas and saw Demetrious Johnson retain his flyweight crown with a five-round verdict over Tim Elliott in the evening’s main event. Elliott was suspended until Jan. 3 with no contact until Dec. 25, while Johnson did not receive any kind of suspension.

Cejudo, meanwhile, must have his left hand cleared by an othropedic doctor or he cannot compete until June 2. At a minimum, the 2008 Olympic gold medalist is out until Dec. 25 with no contact until Dec. 18. Cejudo lost a split decision to fellow flyweight contender Joseph Benavidez in the “TUF 24” finale co-headliner. Benavidez emerged with a clean bill of health.

Ellenberger suffered a bizarre TKO defeat against Jorge Masvidal when his toe became trapped in the fence and he was unable to free his appendage. “The Juggernaut” must have his left foot cleared by a doctor or an MRI or he will be sidelined until June 2.

Ryan Benoit (nose) and Devin Clark (thumb) are also facing possible six-month layoffs following the event.
