‘TUF 19’ Winner Eddie Gordon Matched Against Chris Dempsey at UFC on Fox 15
Eddie Gordon is looking to rebound from a brutal knockout loss.

A middleweight clash between Eddie Gordon and Chris Dempsey has been added to the UFC on Fox 15 bill.
The UFC revealed the bout on Friday. UFC on Fox 15 takes place at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J., on April 18 and is headlined by a 185-pound tilt pitting Luke Rockhold against Lyoto Machida.
Gordon, 31, captured “The Ultimate Fighter 19” middleweight title with a first-round finish of Dhiego Lima on July 6. His second Octagon foray was not as successful, however, as he suffered a brutal head-kick knockout loss to Josh Samman in the second round of their fight at UFC 181.
Dempsey, meanwhile, made his promotional debut at UFC Fight Night in Ireland, where he was knocked out by Ilir Latifi at 2:07 of the opening round on July 19. It was Dempsey’s second loss in 12 professional appearances.
