‘TUF 16’ Winner Colton Smith Signs with World Series of Fighting
Colton Smith has won two straight fights since his UFC release.

Four-time UFC veteran Colton Smith has signed with the World Series of Fighting.
The promotion confirmed the new roster addition on Thursday following a report from MMAJunkie.com. A debut date and opponent were not revealed.
Smith rose to prominence by winning Season 16 of “The Ultimate Fighter.” After outpointing Mike Ricci at the reality show’s finale, Smith would drop three straight fights in the Octagon. His last UFC appearance came in June 2014, when he was submitted by Carlos Diego Ferreira in 38 seconds.
Smith, who is an active member of the U.S. Army, has won two straight fights since his UFC release, besting Evan Cutts and Marcus Andrusia while competing under the Rocks Xtreme MMA banner. The 28-year-old owns a 5-4 professional record overall.
