Strikeforce Back to Playboy Mansion; Misaki, Riggs Could Compete

Strikeforce will host a second show at the Playboy Mansion in
Beverly Hills, Calif., on Sept. 20, the promotion announced
Thursday.
Last year Scott Coker’s California-based organization produced the first MMA event at the famous address. Gilbert Melendez (Pictures) earned a unanimous decision over Tetsuji Kato (Pictures) in the headlining bout, and Joe Riggs (Pictures) knocked out Eugene Jackson (Pictures) in a featured matchup.
Riggs is rumored to be on the card again this year. Kazuo Misaki (Pictures), Sherdog.com’s No. 10-ranked middleweight, is a possible opponent.
Strikeforce lightweight champion Josh Thomson (Pictures) is also rumored to be participating.
