Report: Frank Mir, Todd Duffee Fight in the Works for Summer

Duffee is in the works according to a report on “UFC
Tonight.”
The report stated that while no exact date or venue had been set, the Las Vegas-based promotion is eyeing a date this summer.
The 29-year-old Duffee, 9-2, has openly campaigned for the fight on
Twitter.
Mir, 17-9, who recently ended a four-fight skid with a first-round mauling of Antonio Silva in Brazil, has publicly accepted the challenge. The 35-year-old has faced a who’s who of the heavyweight division’s elite over the course of his 14-year career.
Duffee has won three straight bouts by first-round knockout, including conquests over Philip De Fries and Anthony Hamilton inside of the UFC’s Octagon.
