PFL Announces Full Cards for First Three Regular Season Events

Professional Fighters League has unveiled full fight cards for each of its first three regular season events.

The lineups will feature some familiar faces โ€” and plenty of new ones โ€” on the heels of the companyโ€™s purchase of Bellator MMA last year. PFL announced the events in a release on Monday.

โ€œThe Professional Fighters League is excited to return to regular season action this April with three hard-hitting and crowd-pleasing events,โ€ said PFL CEO Peter Murray in a release. โ€œThe PFLโ€™s extensive roster of world-class fighters, which now includes Bellator stars, means the toughest test in MMA, the PFL regular season, just got tougher.โ€

PFL 1 is headlined by a heavyweight clash pitting 2022 champion Ante Delija against former Bellator title challenger Valentin Moldavsky. The event takes place on April 4 at the Boeing Center in San Antonio and will also see 2023 heavyweight finalist Denis Golstov meet Bellator veteran Linton Vassell in the co-main event. Also noteworthy is a trilogy bout between flyweights Liz Carmouche and Juliana Velasquez, who twice met in title fights under the Bellator banner. The main card airs at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. ET on ESPN2 and ESPN+, while prelims begin at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT on ESPN+.

Meanwhile, PFL 2 takes place on April 12 at The Theater at Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas and is topped by a light heavyweight duel between ex-Bellator king Phil Davis and 2022 PFL 205-pound champ Rob Wilkinson. In the co-headliner, 2023 PFL light heavyweight champ Impa Kasanganay will lock horns with Bellator veteran Alex Polizzi. The main draw will also include a lightweight showdown pitting former Bellator title holder Patricky Freire against 2023 PFL finalist Clay Collard. The main card airs at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on ESPN2 and ESPN+, while prelims stream at 6 p.m. ET/3 p.m PT on ESPN+.

Finally, PFL 3 will be held on April 19 at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago and features a welterweight clash between former Bellator champ Andrey Koreshov and undefeated PFL talent Magomed Umalatov. In the co-main event, 2022 PFL featherweight champ Brendan Loughnane will square off against former Belleator grand prix competitor Pedro Carvalho. The main card airs on ESPN and ESPN+ at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT, while prelims stream on ESPN+ at 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 PT.
