All drug tests conducted during the UFC’s most recent trip to Cincinnati came back clean.
Sherdog.com confirmed the results with Ohio Athletic Commission Executive Director Bernie Profato on Thursday. Profato verified that 15 fighters all tested negative for banned substances at UFC Fight Night "Brown vs. Silva"
The show took place May 10 at U.S. Bank Arena and saw Matt Brown score a third-round stoppage of Erick Silva in the evening’s wild welterweight main event.
Costas Philippou also scored an emphatic finish in the co-headliner, as the native Cypriot knocked out Strikeforce veteran Lorenz Larkin at middleweight. Additionally, Daron Cruickshank upset the favored Erik Koch in their lightweight duel, catching “New Breed” with a head kick and then polishing him off with punches in round one.
