Yusuff has been added to the UFC Fight Night Adelaide card.
Promotion officials recently confirmed the matchup. UFC Fight Night 142 takes place at Adelaide Entertainment Centre in Adelaide, Australia on Dec. 1 and is headlined by a heavyweight clash between Junior dos Santos and Tai Tuivasa. The card will be televised on Fox Sports 1 following early prelims on UFC Fight Pass.
Mokhtarian was a cast member on Season 27 of “The Ultimate Fighter,” losing to Ricky Steele in the quarterfinals of the reality show. The 26-year-old Australian Top Team representative is 8-0 as a professional, with all but one of his triumphs coming inside the distance.
Yusuff, meanwhile, earned a UFC contract following a unanimous decision victory against Mike Davis on Season 2 of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series. Yusuff has compiled a 7-1 career mark while competing in regional promotions such as Victory Fighting Championship, Titan FC and Cage Fury Fighting Championships.
