Melvin Manhoef’s calendar is filling up in a hurry.
Already scheduled to square off with Doug Marshall at Bellator 125 on Sept. 19, Manhoef has also agreed to face Michal Materla for the KSW middleweight strap at a card later this year. KSW officials announced the Materla-Manhoef pairing on Wednesday.

Manhoef previously competed under the KSW banner last year, submitting to a Khalidov guillotine choke in the opening stanza at KSW 23. Most recently, “No Mercy” stopped Evangelista Santos in 46 seconds at Gringo Super Fight 10 in April.
Materla, meanwhile, also has a fight scheduled before he faces Manhoef, as the 30-year-old Pole will take on Jorge Luis Bezerra at KSW 28 on Oct. 4. “Magic” has won eight of his last nine bouts, including triumphs against the likes of Jay Silva (twice), Matt Horwich, Rodney Wallace and Kendall Grove.
