Polish heavyweight Marcin Tybura will put his M-1 Challenge title on the line Sunday in Russia against Croatian challenger Ante Delija.

Both men made weight without incident at Saturday’s official weigh-in; according to information provided to Sherdog.com by M-1 Global, Tybura checked in at 241.6 pounds, while Delija tipped the scales at 249. The title bout headlines Sunday’s M-1 Challenge 61 “Battle of Narts”, which takes place in Nazran, Russia, and streams live via pay-per-view on M1Global.tv.

Tybura looks to rebound from the first defeat of his career, a stoppage loss in a May super-fight against M-1 light heavyweight champ Stephan Puetz. Prior to that setback, “Tybur” had beaten 12 straight opponents, including six via submission and four by way of knockout. Across from him will be 25-year-old Delija, who enters the bout on a five-fight winning streak. The only losses on Delija’s 16-bout ledger have come against fellow prospect Denis Smoldarev and big-show veteran Dion Staring.

Meanwhile, the show’s co-main event underwent a last minute change as middleweight Magomed Sultanakhmedov was forced to withdraw on Wednesday due to an arm injury. His original opponent, Brazilian Carlos Alexandre Pereira, will now take part in a 174-pound catchweight contest against late replacement Ruslan Zhemukhov.
