Chris Kelades will fill in for an ill Louis Gaudinot against Patrick Holohan at UFC Fight Night “MacDonald vs. Saffiedine.”
Ultimate Fighting Championship officials Tuesday announced the change for Oct. 4 at Halifax Metro Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The event is topped by a welterweight duel between Rory MacDonald and Tarec Saffiedine.
Unbeaten in 11 professional outings, Holohan made his Octagon debut in impressive fashion, submitting Josh Sampo with a first-round rear-naked choke at UFC Fight Night “McGregor vs. Brandao” on July 19. “The Hooligan” has finished eight of his 10 career triumphs by way of tapout.
Kelades will make his UFC debut with a professional record of 7-1. Kelades’ most notable fight came in a unanimous decision defeat against Malcolm Gordon at Bellator 119 in May.
