Carmouche, who challenged Ronda Rousey for the bantamweight crown in the first women’s bout in UFC history, is riding a two-fight winning streak. “Girl-Rilla” garnered a unanimous verdict over Lauren Murphy at UFC Fight Night 63 in April 2015 before taking a split decision against Katyln Chookagian at UFC 205 last November.
Davis also challenged for 135-pound gold, falling to Rousey in 16 seconds at UFC 175. She has won two of her three Octagon appearances since that defeat, including a decision triumph over Cindy Dandois at UFC Fight Night 108 on April 22.
