A rumored lightweight scrap between Nik Lentz and Mark Bocek is now official, as UFC officials Wednesday announced that the bout will go down at UFC 140 on Dec. 10.

Featuring a heavyweight rematch between Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Frank Mir, UFC 140 will emanate from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto. Also showcasing a light heavyweight contest between veterans Tito Ortiz and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, the evening’s main draw will air live on pay-per-view.

Lentz has not seen action since a June 26 encounter with Charles Oliveira at UFC Live 4. Though the bout was originally ruled a submission victory for Oliveira, the result was later overturned to a no-contest by the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission due to an illegal knee strike from the Brazilian prospect.

As a result, Lentz will enter the cage against Bocek without a UFC loss on his resume. “The Carny” currently holds a UFC record of 5-0-1 with one no-contest, and holds notable wins over Andre Winner, Rafaello Oliveira and Waylon Lowe.

Bocek has lost two of his last three contests, a December win over Dustin Hazelett sandwiched between losses to Jim Miller and Ben Henderson. Prior to those defeats, the 29-year-old American Top Team export had won three straight UFC contests, besting Alvin Robinson, David Bielkheden and Joe Brammer. Known for a potent submission game, Bocek has notched a 5-4 Octagon record over the course of his four-year stint with the UFC.
